White-label
The rental website and customer portal running on your own domain, with your logo and colours; the customer never sees the software vendor.
White-label means your customers rent from you, not from a piece of software with your logo in the corner. The catalog, the booking flow and the customer portal sit on your domain, in your colours, and the emails go out from your address.
This is not vanity. A tenant who books on a strange domain, pays a company they have never heard of and gets a confirmation from an unfamiliar sender is a tenant who phones you to check whether the booking is real. Every one of those calls costs you the time the system was supposed to save.
An example. A facility runs at seaside-storage.com. The customer picks a unit there, pays there, signs the contract there, and later logs in there to open the gate. The software vendor appears only in the data-processing terms, where it belongs.
Practically, a white-label setup usually starts on a subdomain on day one, with your own domain connected once the DNS record is verified.
