How it works

    You pick a period and a facility

    Month, quarter, half-year, year or a custom date range. The whole company or a single facility. Every tab is calculated for the same period, so the finance and occupancy numbers actually match.

  2. 02

    Finance: arrears and the sales register

    Arrears in 0–7, 8–30, 31–60 and 60+ day buckets, with the amount to recover and the list of customers. A sales register with net, VAT and gross amounts, invoice number and payment method. Both downloadable as CSV for your accountant.

  3. 03

    Occupancy: where you are losing money

    Occupancy by size, a site map, average rental length and a list of the units that have stood empty longest. Lost revenue from empty units is calculated for you, so you know which category to reprice.

  • Dashboard: occupancy, free units, net revenue in the period, arrears, new customers, move-outs, a 6-month forecast
  • Sales: new contracts in the period, the most popular rental days and sizes, customer source

Questions and answers

Can I export the data?
Yes. Arrears and the sales register download as CSV for the period and facility you choose, ready to open in a spreadsheet or send to your accountant.
Do reports cover a whole network?
Yes. By default you see the whole company and narrow down to one facility with a filter. An operator assigned to a facility sees only their own locations.
What is „lost revenue from empty units"?
The sum of the monthly rates of the free units. It shows what the facility would earn at full occupancy, and hints at which category to reprice.
Can I see who changed a price?
Yes. The audit log records the author, time, IP address and the value before and after.
Do reports include parking?
Yes — parking spaces and lockers count like any other unit, in their own category.
