    The contract is generated from a template

    Your own HTML template with fields from the system: customer details, unit, rent, deposit, period. Separate templates per facility.

  2. 02

    The customer receives a signing link

    The link is valid for 14 days. Signing records the name, email, time, IP address and browser. Sending a new link invalidates the previous one.

  3. 03

    The contract switches everything else on

    A signed and paid contract enables site access, starts the payment schedule and triggers the first invoice.

Questions and answers

Is such a signature legally valid?
A storage rental contract does not usually require a handwritten form, and Boxi records the evidence that the declaration was made: time, IP address, browser and the signer's details. Local rules differ, so have your terms and contract template reviewed by a lawyer in your market — as with any contract.
Can I use my own contract wording?
Yes. You paste your own wording into the template and insert fields from the system.
What about contracts signed before Boxi?
We import them as active contracts with a start date and a billing anchor. A scan of the old contract can be attached.
