Contracts and e-signature: signed through a link, valid for 14 days
A paper contract means a meeting on site, or a phone scan that always comes out crooked. E-signature in Boxi closes the contract in a minute and records who signed, when and from where.
How it works
Three steps, zero phone calls.
- 01
The contract is generated from a template
Your own HTML template with fields from the system: customer details, unit, rent, deposit, period. Separate templates per facility.
- 02
The customer receives a signing link
The link is valid for 14 days. Signing records the name, email, time, IP address and browser. Sending a new link invalidates the previous one.
- 03
The contract switches everything else on
A signed and paid contract enables site access, starts the payment schedule and triggers the first invoice.
