Payments: pay once, then the card does the rest
„I'll transfer it by the end of the month" means a transfer on the 12th of the next one. Recurring card payments turn rent collection into something that happens at 00:01 without you.
How it works
Three steps, zero phone calls.
- 01
The first payment by card or a local method
The customer pays the deposit and the first instalment while booking, using whatever their market actually uses.
- 02
The card is saved for recurring charges
The card token is created by the payment gateway; Boxi never stores the number. Later instalments are charged automatically: monthly, quarterly, annually, or every 14, 28 or 30 days.
- 03
Whoever has not paid gets a reminder
Every day at 00:01 Boxi generates receivables ahead of time — 3 days for consumers, 7 days for businesses. Arrears trigger reminders and an access block.
