    You connect your accounting system

    You paste the API key once. We integrate with local invoicing providers market by market; if yours is not connected yet, tell us during the demo — adding a provider is part of how we enter a new country.

  2. 02

    The invoice follows the payment

    Rent, insurance and extra fees go onto the invoice. The deposit never does, because a deposit is money held, not money earned.

  3. 03

    E-invoicing handled the local way

    Where the law requires electronic filing, the invoice is filed and the reference number comes back onto the document in Boxi. Rules differ by country; we follow the ones that apply to your facility.

Questions and answers

I use a local accounting package — will it work?
Tell us which one during the demo. We integrate through provider APIs and add new ones market by market; that is part of how we launch in a new country.
What about invoices issued before Boxi?
Where the local e-invoicing system exposes them, we pull them in by number so the customer's history is complete.
Is electronic invoicing supported?
Yes, in the markets where it is mandatory. The requirements differ from country to country, so we follow the rules that apply to your facility rather than forcing one country's model on you.
