Dynamic pricing: the rate rises as units run out
You sell the last 5 units of 4 m² at the same price as the first 50. Dynamic pricing raises the rate when demand is high, and leaves you in full control of the thresholds.
How it works
Three steps, zero phone calls.
- 01
You set the threshold and the increase
For example: when fewer than 10 units of a given type are free, the price of new rentals goes up by 15%. Set separately for each type and each facility.
- 02
The catalog shows the current price
The customer sees the dynamic price and a „only 3 left" label. Existing tenants keep paying what their contract says.
- 03
Discounts where you want them
A discount code for the first 2 months for a campaign, a prepayment discount by threshold. Everything with a usage limit and a minimum amount.
