    Price list, gate, contract and invoice templates, SMS sender name — all per facility. The API key is per facility too.

    You assign operators

    An operator sees the facilities they are assigned to. Owners and managers see everything. Roles: owner, manager, read-only.

    You read the network's result and each facility's

    Monthly statistics calculated per company and per facility: revenue, arrears, occupancy, contracts started and ended, customers.

Questions and answers

Can a customer from one facility rent at another?
Yes, with a single account, as long as both facilities belong to the same company.
Can I keep separate legal entities per facility?
Yes. Each entity is a separate company in Boxi, with its own invoicing and its own payment gateway.
How many facilities does Boxi handle?
There is no limit. You pay for rented units at every facility, with a cap per facility — see the pricing page for the figure in your currency.
