Reminders and collections: SMS, email, block, unblock
Calling people who owe you money is the worst hour of the week. Boxi sends reminders according to your scenario, and whoever does not pay cannot enter the site until they settle up.
How it works
Three steps, zero phone calls.
- 01
You set the scenario once
An SMS three days before the due date, an email with a payment link on the day, a chaser three days later. Time-based and event-based triggers: new contract, payment, arrears, end of contract.
- 02
The SMS goes out under your name
The sender is your company name, once verified with the SMS provider. You buy message bundles in the panel and watch the balance as you go.
- 03
Arrears block access, payment unblocks it
The gate, the unit, or both. Once the payment is recorded, Boxi lifts the block by itself. An operator can unblock temporarily — to let someone collect their things, for example.
