Prices exclude VAT; the rate depends on the country your facility is in. Billed monthly on the number of units actually rented that month. Nothing on this page constitutes a binding offer.

Why it works out cheaper

Most self-storage software bills every unit on your site, whether it earns or not. A 300-unit facility at 70% occupancy pays for 300. With Boxi it pays for 210 — and then the cap takes over.

Questions about pricing

What counts as a rented unit?
A unit with an active contract in a given month. Empty units cost you nothing, so the bill follows your occupancy instead of running ahead of it.
Is there a maximum I can pay?
Yes — that is the point. Essentials never costs more than €250 a month per facility, Advanced €300 and Premium €350. On Essentials the cap arrives at 125 rented units; every unit above that one is free.
How does this compare with per-unit pricing elsewhere?
Most systems charge for every unit on site, rented or not. We charge only for the rented ones. At 80% occupancy that is a 20% discount built into the model, and at 60% it is 40%.
Are payment fees included?
No. The payment gateway charges its own commission under your agreement with it. Boxi does not add a commission of its own on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from month to month. There is no fixed-term commitment and no penalty for moving down a plan.
Is there a setup fee?
Migration from spreadsheets or another system is quoted per facility, based on how much data comes across. We tell you the figure before you commit.
